The Last One Laughing

To fund sister Lily’s surgery, comedian Theo enters a twisted underground comedy game. Contestants survive by exposing trauma; pandering or breaking down kills. The mastermind forces Theo to reveal childhood abuse and threatens Lily, while rivals betray him. He performs, wins the money, saves Lily then learns the trial was an illusion, freeing him.
